Year 26

My 26th year of life's just...full of SHIZ.

Won't go into any details, because it's really none of your business and most importantly...I'm not in the mood of sharing. So, my upcoming birthday wish is kind of obvious, isn't it? I would truly wish that everything can go smoothly from now on.

I know I have no control on what-so-ever, that's why I'm making a wish and let whoever's watching from up above. Please, make me a happier person.

Hospitals

...is the word which kept me busy and from updating my blog.

Had to go to work (at St. Mary's) everyday from 0700 to 1500, then go to Verdun Hospital to keep my grand-mama company. The poor little one got admitted, because her kidneys are severely weakened.

Luckily, my hard work and responsible attitude's recognized by my co-workers and being accepted in the great family. As for my grand-mama, she's doing much better...her body's not swollen anymore and got discharged yesterday. Lets just cross my fingers and hope everything will go the way I expect them to.

Shivery Easter

What did I do during this 4 days long-weekend?

Nothing.

Initially, I was suppose to go to Boston with my parents, but figured that 4 days isn't quite enough. Then, we wanted to go to Toronto, but turned out that my father had to work on Sunday. Siiigh! As a result, we all stayed in Balconville.

So, what filled-up my time?

Activity #1 - Getting bored at home...which leads to drama watching.
Activity #2 - A little of shopping. Yes, just a little.
Activity #3 - Help my father taking down the Tempo.
Activity #4 - Buy materials to build myself a DVD glass shelf.
Activity #5 - A one day grocery shopping in Ottawa (T&T).
Activity #6 - Take care of my grandmama as she's not feeling well. (make her congee and give her massages)
Activity #7 - Called an ambulance and accompanied my grandmama to the emergency. ~=_=~ The doctor told us to prepare ourselves emotionally, because my granny's kidney's done and it's only a matter of time..................

Remember, do as much as you can for the ones you love and still around, before it's too late...before the day you want to do something and can't anymore.

Most Wanted

*wink wink* Y'now what's coming up, righ~t?

24.3.12

Heads-up

Weather woman's announcing the quick arrival of Summer, which means, you might not hear from me for a while. Why? Very simple. Summer's also known as me-going-out season (my hybernating period is over). I mean, beside going to work every day of the week, I must enjoy every opportunity I can get to meet Mr. Sun and my friends, righ?

10.3.12

Hectic

My last week's experience's definitely something worth to share.

Yes. This is not an exageration. I'm sure I looked exactly as horrible as that woman, only with a less messy desk.

I got trained during two days in the operating room (aka OR) and surgery booking, then I was left on my own (because my mentor was sick and couldn't be there). Well, other people get 'two' as well, but 'two' weeks it is. Seriously!?!

(Beside this hell-ish dive into the fast-paced OR environment, I was forced to do an overtime, so including tomorrow, I'll be working seven days straight. The positive in all this, is the fact that I'm working and thus earning money instead of spending.)

Anyway, I'm not complaining, because I happened to manage the whole situation and figured things out. It was tough at first, but when everyone start to compliment you...you tend to forget all the pain by returning a smile.

According to my co-workers, I am a fast learner, amazing, a sweetheart, efficient, fantastic and a pleasure to work with. WOW! *surprised* Honestly, I think they really liked me...my teacher specifically asked for me to do her job whenever she calls sick or go on vacation.

See? I'm exhausted, but happy to be.

PS. I have to thank the person who let me go of Blue Cross...gave me an opportunity to find a better work-place, where I feel appreciated. Makes me happier and healthier.

4.3.12

Struggling

Everyone's very nice where I work. But...but...I want moooooore. Seriously. I want to achieve something more than just being an unknown secretary. So, should I remain where I am to wait for an opportunity or look elsewhere???

23.2.12

The Unrewindable

Do you ever talk to Tic-Toc God aka Time? Well, I do. In fact, I can consider myself a close friend of his.

Most often, I ask him to fastforward bad moments and pause good moments. Y'know!?! Like when you're watching a movie.

You have the choice to move on when you don't want to get bored while watching those cheesy scenes nor watching your favorite actor/actress die. You also have the option to freeze the screen whenever you want to capture a great moment. But, there's a broken key on your Life remote controle. My friend won't allow you to rewind. So, reliving a moment or change the script is out of question.

12.2.12

Dommage - Hommage

It hurts to see those stars turn into dust/ashes. Such a waste! In fact, I never understood why good and talented people have to die (mostly at a young age) and some useless rubbishes live a long lasting life!?!
