SA Magic Phrase

Countless sales representents have absolutely NOOO clue on what they're or suppose to sell. You ask them information/price about a specific model/item (with the product's name...thinking that it would facilitate their task), the only reaction you'd get is a face of I-don't-know-what-you're-talking-about-can-you-speak-in-a-language-I-understand.

BUT...their "professionalism" allowed them to come up with a get-rid-of-the-customer phrase which can subtlely sort them out of the embarrassing situation...

"Everything you see on the display window...is all we have."

Tadan!!! Their job is thus done beautifully.
