A Diamond Is Forever

DIAMONDS *big shiny eyes* (originated from ancient Greek) are known for their extreme hardness and high dispersion. Nothing can break a diamond except by another diamond. This is why I like to compare ones relation with this transparent crystal.
Both, a relation and a diamond, may be evaluate in four ways: carat, color, cut, and clarity.
Carat is the weight. Bigger is better. Same for your relation, it is better to have it strong and stable.
Color is the tint. Top grade diamonds are colorless (pure white), but fancy diamonds are of multiple colors (black, green, red orange, purple, blue,...). Now, it is you to decide whether you prefer having a simple relation or a relation full of surprises. Myself, I prefer keep it simple. (boring, I know) *yawn*
Cut refers to cutting. A diamond shine more if it is cut beautifully and in their best shape. Nothing less for a relation, you have to be straight forward with your other half if you want this to work.
Clarity is the transparency. You need to be honest with your partner so that he/she will be confident with you. Everything works with a good way of communication, right?
Conclusion: I love diamonds for their life expectancy (FOR-EVER) and it is also what I'm looking with my imagined-dream-future husband, a long lasting relation. *day dreaming* One perfect diamond/husband IS ENOUGH. (better than a stupid-heartless moron)
Note: If you are to propose, I suggest either a ring by Tiffany or Cartier.
