Why is the population getting fatter?
The answer is very simple...nutrition dysfunction.
Back then, in the old times, poor man's food was more healthy (oatmeal, beans, corns, fish, etc). But, today, the cheapest edible things on the market are junk food (chocolates, chips, etc) and fast food...which gives the following equation - junk food + fast food = FAT food.
Eat healthier...stay fitter and live longer.
