Lately, I've been wondering... When a person intentionally throws something on the floor, it is consider a fault and a ticket will come to your hand. BUT. What happens if I go to a park and throw breads to my dear friend Duckyduck??? Will people think that I'm polluting the area and arrest me for that? If yes, does it mean that I can't feed my friend anymore???
